The following are organizations that are working either directly or indirectly on the issue of Human Trafficking. Indirectly means dealing with some of the root causes that make victims vulnerable to trafficking including illiteracy, poverty,  opportunity. Ansar Burney Trust mission is to fight against all forms of injustices, cruel inhuman and degrading treatment with focus on  child abuse and cruelty to women

Creating Hope International‘s mission is to provide education and health assistance to people in the world with the greatest needs. They have projects in Afghanistan and Nepal

Developments in Literacy (DIL) is dedicated to providing quality education to disadvantaged children, especially girls, by establishing and operating schools in the underdeveloped regions of Pakistan, with a strong focus on gender equality and community participation.

Edhi Foundation provides many types of welfare projects including a Missing Persons Service

GiveLight is a world recognized crisis relief organization that seeks to create durable orphanages in response to natural disasters and extreme condition (poverty and war).

Grameen Bank pioneered the concept of micro-finance and caters to the poor and impoverished women and their families in Bangladesh.

Kashf Foundation was inspired by the work of Grameen Bank and its mission is to alleviate poverty by providing microfinance services to low income households, in order to ehnance their economic role and decision-making capacity. It operates in Pakistan.

Equality Now An international human rights organization dedicated to action for the civil, political, economic and social rights of girls and women

Global Grassroots focuses on women in poor countries, especially Sudan

Not For Sale equips and mobilizes Smart Activists to deploy innovative solutions to re-abolish slavery in their own backyards and across the globe.

Pennies for Peace is led by Greg Mortenson who is the author of Three Cups of Tea and has founded over 400 schools in Pakistan and Afghanistan.

Somaly Mam Foundation is led by a woman who was trafficked as a child and is fighting sex slavery in Cambodia

Women for Women helps women survivors of war rebuild their lives
